Speaker Release Form

    ​Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC wishes to electronically record the undersigned Guest Speaker’s interview through zoom recording.  Guest/Speaker understands that for educational, promotional and commercial applications, Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC will make Guest Speaker’s Interview recording available at no charge for registered Six-Figure Soul Summit attendees.
    1. Guest Speaker hereby grants to Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC the right to use his/her/their name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these recordings and/or compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional or other derivative materials based on them. Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
    2. Guest Speaker hereby grants Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise and publicize the recordings without compensation to Guest Speaker. Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC may edit the recordings at its discretion. Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the Guest Speaker’s recording.
    3. Guest Speak agrees to promote the Summit and his/her/their interview sending the minimum of one (1) solo email per week to their entire database during the agreed upon promotion period (2 in total). The Guest Speaker also agrees to send a minimum of one (1) newsletter blurb per week and to promote on all available social media outlets during the promotion period.
    4. Guest Speaker is permitted to make a FREE offer during his or her interview to collect contact information from interested viewers through a link that shall be provided by the Guest Speaker and attached to the promotion page.
    5. Guest Speaker represents that he/she/they has the full right, power and authority to grant this Release and to perform all of the provisions thereof. Guest Speaker acknowledges that in the event of a breach or alleged breach with respect to the terms and provisions hereof, that Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC shall be entitled to such injunctive or equitable relief as Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC may deem appropriate, in addition to such other rights or remedies Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC may have at law.
    6. Guest Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC from and against all claims, losses, expenses and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. Guest Speaker expressly releases Camille Miller—The Natural Life, LLC from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
    7. This Release shall be governed in accordance within the state of New Jersey law, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and may be amended only in writing.
