About our Speakers

Carolyn Cooper McOuatt, of Inspired Business Development and Susan Jarema, of New Earth Marketing made the decision to create the Grand Connection on March 15th, 2020 while looking out over the Grand Canyon when COVID-19 hit. They both knew that they wanted to be a part of the solution, to support businesses globally. Each with unique skills and a strong desire to learn and lead, Carolyn and Susan’s purpose and passion is to help businesses transition, adapt and navigate the new world of uncertainty.  
The Grand Connection virtual networking community provides a unique place to help businesses worldwide to connect, create and collaborate online in a supportive, educational environment. The organization is a connector of connectors forming partnerships with organizations that share the same core values of personal and professional development, cooperation and being in service.
